The USGBC Chapter Subscription gives Chapters access to our library of 60 archived webinars as well as all events that will be launched throughout 2012, allowing you to select the topics most relevant to your Chapter.
This year you’ll also have the opportunity to host events where viewers participate in live webinar sessions throughout the year. Our sessions contain technical content, case studies, and Q&A sessions with the creators of the LEED rating systems and experienced practitioners. Use these sessions to host events that expand knowledge of green building, provide helpful tips for practice, and leverage others’ experiences – all while providing your audience with valuable CE hours!
You are encouraged to show the webinars at your Chapter’s educational events – either as a standalone or as part of a larger presentation. Your Chapter may want to identify regional experts on the topic addressed by a webinar to supplement the session’s Q&A section.
All USGBC webinars are approved for 1.5 hours of professional development under the Credential Maintenance Program. The USGBC CMP Guide details which webinars are LEED specific and under which CMP category the hours will be reported. Please note that for courses to count for the Credential Maintenance Program, a course must be viewed within the 2-year reporting period and be taken after a user has enrolled into the new-tiered credentialing system. Each session also carries 1.5 AIA/CES LU hours. If you want to submit this session for more than the approved 1.5 hours of credential maintenance, your Chapter will need to submit this session to GBCI’s Education Review Program.
