All construction projects are susceptible to costly claims and delays. LEED projects are no exception. Who’s liable when a project doesn’t achieve Certification as required by law or contract? Questions of liability and risk mitigation are on the rise with green buildings. Luckily, many issues can be managed through proper design and construction contracts. In this 90-minute webinar, we explore liability issues unique to LEED projects and contracts and what can trigger green damages. It introduces best practices and practical strategies to identify risks and minimize liability.  This webinar will not just raise your awareness of the issues, but will cite examples, share stories and provide concrete tools to mitigate risk.

This session will be registered for 1.5 hours of General (Not LEED Specific) GBCI hours as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU hours.
