LEED for Neighborhood Development, created by USGBC in partnership with the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Natural Resources Defense Council, is the first national standard for green neighborhoods. Attendees will  witness the stories of certified pilot projects, both in urban infill locations and suburban locations, learn from challenges overcome by project teams, and obtain best practices in developing green neighborhoods.  This series will offer guidance for land owners and real estate developers considering LEED for Neighborhood Development for a future project, and professionals hoping to get involved with LEED for Neighborhood Development in the future.

Each session in this series is approved for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (ND) GBCI hours as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU/HSW/SD hours.

Listed below are the sessions that are included in this series. For further details regarding each session, or to purchase the session individually, please click on the session title.
